Blooming Dreams second ticket lottery closes today, official goods still open

hololive production is reminding fans that the second official lottery for “〜 hololive production 9th Anniversary Fireworks 〜 Blooming Dreams” (#ホロ花火2026) closes at 23:59 JST on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
