The Hatsune Miku city-walking event CHURA MIKU STREET 2026 will take place in Okinawa from November 1 through December 13, 2026. This year the event expands beyond Kokusai Street to the Shuri area, adding support for the restoration of Shuri Castle as a central theme.
Visitors can expect stamp rallies, Okinawan food collaborations, official merchandise and a Hatsune Miku greeting event where photography and video are permitted. The event will explore Okinawa’s history, culture, crafts and cuisine. New visuals were created by しし上 with DIANA, maple and 福きつね. Travel packages covering accommodation and flights, or accommodation only, are available for the event period; applications run from August 19 to September 23, 2026 (JST).
