RhyZyGy debut from NIJISANJI: Kaminaga Taiga and Yamada Ryuichiro begin activities

NIJISANJI announced on August 27, 2026 that Kaminaga Taiga and Yamada Ryuichiro have debuted as the music VTuber unit “RhyZyGy.” Both members began activities on August 27, and the unit’s and members’ X accounts also launched that day. Their first streams will be held as a relay on Friday, August 28, 2026. Kaminaga Taiga is scheduled to stream on YouTube from 20:00 JST, followed by Yamada Ryuichiro from 20:30 JST. The schedule may change. “RhyZyGy Music Relay” will follow from 21:10 JST on the same day: Kaminaga Taiga’s music video at 21:10, Yamada Ryuichiro’s at 21:20, and the unit’s debut-song music video, “Like an Explosion,” as a premiere at 21:30. The track is also scheduled for digital release through music stores from 00:00 JST on Saturday, August 29. The debut commemorative “Welcome Goods & Voice” collection will go on sale from 21:05 JST on August 28 through the NIJISANJI Official Store and NIJISANJI EN Official Store. The lineup includes acrylic stands (two types, ¥1,650 each including tax), can badges (two types, ¥550 each including tax), random Cheki-style cards (two regular designs plus two foil-stamped replica-signed designs, ¥350 including tax), and three voice products. The ¥1,000 including-tax complete voice set includes voices from both members and PC/smartphone wallpapers featuring the key visual. Individual member voice sets cost ¥500 including tax and contain three tracks: self-introduction, “Good morning,” and “Good night.” Goods are expected to ship from early September 2026 onward.
